So today was Christina's first official day back at work. She has been working from home since Carter was born doing her main responsibilities, but now the "vacation" is over and she has to come back. Luckily her company is willing to let her ease into coming back to the office full time. Since she has proved that she is efficient at working from home she is planning on just coming in a couple days a week and then working the rest of the hours from home. She really wants to spend as much time as possible with Carter, and even though it is a bit overwhelming at first she thinks that she can pull it off. This week will definitely be the test.

It's definitely hard to leave this cute little boy with someone else, but we are extremely lucky to have Mike's mom helping us out so it's not just some stranger. She is so sweet to be willing to take him, and today he was super good, so hopefully that will last. Christina realized that he's growing up fast, and by having to work full time he's going to grow up even faster without her. So she wants to capture and remember everything.
