We are so lucky to have so many good friends and family to help us prepare for our baby's arrival! Just yesterday Cheri, Leslie, & Tracy threw Christina a baby shower with all the neighbor and ward friends. As always the best part was to see everyone and catch up, but the presents are nice too. :-)

We received some beautiful handmade blankets, burp clothes, baby essentials, and such adorable outfits! It was so fun to have everyone packed into Cheri's living room. We were going to have it outside, but the hot weather kept us in.

Aren't these flip flops the cutest?! It's crazy to realize how small he's going to be. It will be so much fun to dress him up in these outfits.




One of our personal favorites was the Chinese outfit that Mike's sister Angela gave us. It's for when he is a little bigger, but we're excited to see our little "Ninja" in it.




We were also ecstatic because our visionary crib bedding that a good friend from the ward was making was finished for the shower!

It is EXACTLY what we wanted for our baby's room. As we opened up other presents, everyone was impressed with how many things went really well with the bedding. We absolutely love the bright colors. Now we just need to get a mattress and get the room organized.

Here is a picture from the inside. Kelly also got us some great rugs and organizers from IKEA to go in the room that match our bright colors perfecty. We can't wait to put it all together!
