So of course with the end of classes and beginning of summer, it didn't take long for Mike to dive into project to keep him busy. Our current project is remodeling his parents' main bathroom. Mike gutted it in one day, and is in the process of working from 7-11 each night to put it back together.

His parents' tried to talk themselves into saving the bathtub or the sink, but Mike made the easy decision that it all needed to go. It was old and had water damaged and Cheri just deserves a brand new bathroom!

The hardest part so far was trying to get to the tub in and level. It took a couple of tries, but it looks great!

The crazy thing is that there was absolutely no insulation behind the wall so we pulled out some leftover from the cabin and filled it in. It makes a huge difference! Now everyone in the living room won't hear what you're doing in the bathroom. A very good improvement. :-)
