Wow! We can't believe how fast time has flown by! We have definitely been slackers with keeping you updated. So many fun things happened in the last two months that we need to get some pictures and tell you all about it.
For today though, we wanted to let you know that Christina had her FIRST baby appointment this past Monday, January 7th. Unfortunately Mike wasn't able to come because it was also the first day of the semester, so Christina's sister Sarah, who is a mother of 6, came along to be with her. There was a lot of first procedure stuff, like paper work, blood work, and full physical exam, but then the most exciting thing happened...THE BABY'S HEART BEAT!!! It was so exciting to hear and to really know that there is a little one growing inside.
Christina is currently 14 weeks and she already scheduled her ultrasound on Tuesday, February 11th. Hopefully we'll be able to find out the gender of the baby because we're dying to know!
Also, another exciting thing that happened last Friday is that we found a larger apartment to live in and we also bought our very first washer and dryer! We are moving up in the world! ;-)

Lucky, lucky you guys! I can't wait to move into a bigger place (or maybe we should just dump some of our junk...)
That's SO fun you got to hear the baby's heartbeat. That make the whole experience seem much more real. I'll be looking forward to another post around February 11th!

That is one of my favorite parts of being pregnant, hearing babies heartbeat for the first time. Isn't it magical!
