Dan & Analise Jenson
For Eternity June 6,
2009

Yeah! They're married!! The sealing was perfect and they both looked beautiful and happy. We're excited to have a such a great sister-in-law. We love to see Dan so happy and in love.

Coming out of the temple as Mr. & Mrs. Jenson

The day was beautiful yet windy. Carter unfortunately did not feel the best, but he was a trooper.

The Best Men

(We'll have to get a picture of the "new" Jenson clan.)
It definitely was windy and this picture captures it perfectly.
The reception was absolutely beautiful! Dan & Analise found the perfect location and the decoration was just perfect. They had tons of pictures for everyone to enjoy, as well as a candy table when you walked in, and very tasty desserts. It was a wonderful time celebrating this occasion with them and family and friends.

Welcome to the family Analise! We love you!!

Carter learned to clap today! We think that he is the absolute smartest kid ever! :-)

We got this walking toy from Christina's cousin and we finally decided to pull it out of the closet and we should have done it sooner because Carter was awesome with it already.

Bath time fun!

So Carter HATES the sunglasses, flip flops, and hat that we have for him. Here is his reaction to having them all 3 on at the same time. Funny, yet maybe a little mean of his parents. ;-)

We're excited that in just a few more days that Dan is going to marry the beautiful Analise in the Draper Temple! It seems like the time has just drug on, but now it is just around the corner. It's been fun getting to know Analise better, and Christina, Cheri, and some of the McElhaney girls were able to come to a bridal shower for Analise hosted by her roommates.
They had wonderful food and fun games...for at least us to watch. :-) They had sent Dan a bunch of questions to answer on video and then we got to watch them as Analise tried to have the same answer. For every wrong answer she had to put one piece of bubblicious bubble gum in her mouth. After just a few wrong answers her mouth was way full, and then she missed enough that she couldn't even talk. So to answer the question she had to take the mound of gum out of her mouth. Yuck!

Analise also received some wonderful gifts...and a few naughty ones. :-)
The McElhaney girls gave her a sweet stylish bag filled with all sorts of fun stuff.
It was a wonderful time to meet Analise's friends, one of whom made this cake from scratch! We can't wait for the next few days to just fly by because we are just excited to officially have her as apart of our family.

Analise also received her endowments at the Draper temple, and it was a beautiful session. We were able to meet some of her family and be with her during that experience.

Dan's Bachelor Party

What could be better than amazing steaks, food, and fun to say goodbye to the bachelor life? We were excited to throw Dan a party for this long awaited day. Mike did his job at slaving away doing everything while everyone just watches. It's a long time tradition. ;-)

Dan has such influence on his friends that they not only want to be like him, but they want to dress like him as well! Just a few more days, Dan! Hang in there!

Christina's oldest nephew, Dillon, graduated from High School this weekend! It was crazy to see him walk down in a cap in gown when Christina remembers holding him as a baby!

We are super proud of Dillon and we loved having the privilege of being there to support him. It was a different experience for us since we use graduations of 400+ plus seniors, but at Wells High School the graduating class of 2009 was 20! Dillon was probably the tallest of them all too! ;-)

Julie's has a fantastic family and we love seeing them since we definitely don't get to do it enough. Julie was definitely a proud mom that night and she should be because Dillon received excellent grades and a scholarship. He is planning to continue working hard to save up for his mission that he will go on early next year. When we asked what he wanted for a present he just said money for his mission. What better "kid" could you ask for?! :-) We know that he'll succeed in making his dreams come true.

Sarah's family and seven kids as well as Jana and Kyle were able to come too so we had a fun couple of days with the Rose family!

Carter really hated the grass, until the next day and then he just got use to it. Yeah!

Of course we didn't get to see much of Dillon or Landon that night because there was an all night party going on. So the rest of drove the hour to get home and then crashed from exhaustion. Then next day though was super fun because we got to explore their ranch and Carter got to see his first real live animals. Of course he also loved the 4-wheeler and we had a hard time pulling him away from that. We just had a wonderful, relaxing time with the Roses and we can't wait to come and visit again!!

What a stud!

We finally got to DRIVE up to the cabin, and it was awesome! We already think that the cabin is one of Carter's favorite places. He loves being outdoors and exploring everything. He also absolutely loves the tote gote and dirt bike. He can't get enough of them!

Carter just has so much personality and he is a complete boy! We went 4-wheeling in the jeep and he knew exactly what to do!

So we got Carter some cool shoes from Kid to Kid, but he HATES shoes. This video is funny because he is trying to get them off, but he was also distracted by the fire.

Today is actually Angela's 31st birthday! Since yesterday was Memorial and we all had it off we celebrated it early up at the cabin with yummy KFC chicken and dessert. She got some sweet gifts, a phone, seasons of King of Queens and Gossip Girl. She is the best Aunt for Carter and we love being around her. She can always make us laugh and feel loved and appreciated. We love you Ange!!
